Orders Cancellation & Refunds

  • More than 24 hours before experience: Cancellation with 70% Refund
  • 6 hours to 24 hours before an experience: Cancellation with 50% Refund
  • Less than 6 hours before experience: No Refund on Cancellation
  • No Cancellation is possible for experiences booked for 10th to 14th February as these are Valentine's Special Packages.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.



To be eligible for a refund, you should clearly tell us through whatsapp or on call  You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
